What is Chipotle Adobo?
Adobo is Spanish for marinade. Chipotle Adobo is simply marinade made from Chipotle peppers. It is made from a combination of Chipotle peppers, tomatoes, and other spices for a rich, often smokey, flavor.

Adobos come from many parts of the world, including Latin America, Spain, and the Philippines. Our favorite, however, is Chipotle Adobo.
